My safety plan

A short plan of what helps and who to call, made by you for hard moments. Only you can see it.

Tell someone you trust

A friend, a family member, a teacher or a colleague. You do not need the perfect words. You can say, I am not feeling okay and I would like some company. Being with another person often helps.

Finding a therapist

You can ask your family doctor for a referral, check whether your workplace or college offers counselling, or ask a trusted person to recommend someone. Look for a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist. It is fine to meet more than one before choosing someone you feel comfortable with.

Not in danger, but need to steady yourself?

Manas is not a medical service and cannot respond to emergencies. It does not replace a professional.
