Privacy, in plain words

Everything you log is saved on this device. Sync is off unless you turn it on. If you do, each entry is locked (encrypted) on your device with a key only you hold, before it is sent. We store only the locked copy and cannot read it. You can download or delete everything at any time.

• On this device, by defaultYour check-ins, notes and other entries are saved in this browser, on this phone or computer. Sync is off unless you turn it on.
• If you turn on syncWe store your email, so you can sign in, and your entries. Each entry is locked on your device before it leaves, so we cannot read it. We can see when an entry last changed, but not what it says. The locked copies are kept on servers in Mumbai, India.
• If you turn on remindersWe store a device token, so we can reach this phone or browser, and the time you picked. For plan reminders, also the days and an id for each plan, never what the plan says. Nothing about how you feel.
• How long we keep itUntil you delete it. Turn reminders off, or delete your account, and we remove what we store.
• Download or deleteSave a copy of what is on this device, bring one back, or erase it all from Your data. Delete your account and everything we store from Account.
• We never sell your dataNot to advertisers, not to anyone.
