Stress is not only a thought. It shows up as clenched jaws, a tight neck from the laptop, shallow breathing, or a stomach that never settles. Many people do not notice until the end of a long day. Today we simply look. A body scan moves your attention slowly from head to toe without trying to fix anything. If you find tension, just notice it, and let your breath move past it. Noticing early is a real skill. It means you can respond at four in the afternoon instead of at ten at night. Be curious rather than critical. Whatever you find is information, not a problem to solve.

Practice

Do a slow body scan and note where you hold stress.
