About this tool
Take a breath in through your nose, then a second small sip of air on top, then let it all out in one long, slow sigh through your mouth. In one small study, a few minutes a day of this kind of breathing was linked with better mood. Research is still early, so think of it as something that may help, not a cure.
Keep it gentle: no need to fill your lungs to the top. The two dots show your two sips in. Slow breathing is a softer option.
Pick this one if you want the quickest reset, ending in a long sigh.
