A huge syllabus can freeze anyone. Looking at the whole mountain makes your mind want to look away. So today we shrink it. Write down everything you need to cover, then pick just one small piece for today, such as one chapter section or one set of ten questions. Many people find that a small, clear target feels less threatening and is easier to begin. The NHS suggests breaking big tasks into smaller parts and noting what you finish. Ticking something off is a real signal of progress. Do not plan your whole life today. Plan the next study block, and let that be enough.
