Plan the next week

You have tried seven small things. Look at which helped even a little, because those are yours to keep. Now plan the coming week gently. Pick two or three tiny tasks, give each an if-then plan, and choose one reward. Leave space for rest. If you miss a day, simply start again with the smallest step. One more thing. If low motivation comes with low mood, loss of interest or hopelessness lasting most of the day for two weeks or more, or if trouble focusing and staying organised has been there since childhood, please talk to a doctor or mental health professional. That is not weakness. It is finding the real reason.

Practice

This program is for everyday putting-off. If low mood, loss of interest or hopelessness lasts most of the day for two weeks or more, or trouble focusing and staying organised has been there for years, please talk to a doctor or mental health professional. They can look at why, and this program cannot diagnose you. If you have thoughts of ending your life, call Tele MANAS on 14416 or 112 now.
